| The registration link on the left side banner still directs to online registration. I need it to direct to the standard registration page. Thanks. Tony Cleveland |

We were instructed to connect it to online registration. I can change this late in the week. It should be adjusted by Friday. Thanks, |

| I had made the request in February to have the link directed to registration NOT online registration. I was told it was complete and recently noticed that it is not, I am confused on who instructed you to link it to online registration. You can review my support request from Feb. to validate that I had made this request. I would appreciate it being completed by end of day today (April 1st) as we are trying to finish our registration process and this is my second request for this to be completed. |

Tom Renard contacted us and provided all instruction to have this website created. He instructed us to create a registration button and connect it to online registration. We did that. The button will be redirected to the registration page by the end of the week. Thanks, |

| As stated I had made a request weeks ago to have the link directed to the registration page. If this is the level of support we will be receiving (a week to make a link change) going forward on our site we will be considering other options. Again I request this be completed by end of day today (now April 2nd and a minimum of 5 weeks since my original request). I also would like to point out that Tom Renard is not making the decisions for this website. |

Please recall that Tom Renard is the guy who contacted us, completed the forms, made all decisions and gave us the only information we have ever received to get this new website set up. When he contacted me, I have no idea he was not affiliated with your club. If I had known, I would not have accepted his business. Changing buttons or anything else that requires programming can take up to two weeks. Changing content will be done within 24 hours. That is the service level we promise. I apologize if this does not meet your needs. Thanks, |
