2010 Orono Summer Lacrosse Registration

To Register:

1. Participants are required to be members of US Lacrosse.  The youth membership fee is $25, paid directly to US Lacrosse.  You must be current as of April 2010.  Register online at:    www.lacrosse.org

2. Fill out the Registration Form and the Players Code of Conduct

3. Mail in along with appropriate Registration Fee payment

5th/6th	$ 225 due at Reg.	$ 50 after seasonstarts	$275
7th/8th	$ 225 due at Reg.	$ 50 after season starts	$275
